ABOUT ME
Hello! I’m a middle and high school science teacher in Encinitas, California, and I’ve had the opportunity to teach students from preschool all the way up to 12th grade over the past 10+ years. Currently, I work with 7th, 9th, and 12th graders, helping them explore the world of science and make meaningful connections with the material—and with nature.

I’m passionate about finding ways to help teachers be more productive and effective, while also creating an engaging, hands-on learning experience for students. This blog is a space where I share what’s worked for me, offer practical tips, and encourage others to bring the wonders of science to life in their own classrooms. Thanks for joining me on this journey!
